The products available from Optimum Control are downloadable and functional, you will not receive a physical copy of the software.
Upgrades, Support Renewals, Setup, Training and Service Fees
Fees collected for services are non-refundable once all or a portion of the service has been provided. Fees for software upgrades and technical support renewals are non-refundable.
Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not fully satisfied with the software, we will refund the total purchase price of the software less any non-refundable services (as detailed above). Software includes OC Professional, OC Premier, OC Sales Export Utility and OC Labor Pro. Modules include Invoice Import Module, Retail Sales Module and Enterprise Module.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 days prior to your renewal date. If later than 7 days prior to the next payment, payment for the next month will still be processed and you will have access to the software for that month you are billed for.
Within 30 days from the original date of purchase, if you are not fully satisfied with Optimum Control, we will refund your first month’s subscription cost.
After 30 days from the original date of purchase, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Month to month OC Enterprise subscriptions are non-refundable.
Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if you are not fully satisfied with Optimum Control, we will refund the entire subscription amount.
After 30 days from the date of purchase, your subscription will continue until the end of that month’s period, and you will be charged an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract obligation. For example, if you have 6 months remaining in your subscription when you cancel, and you pay $99/month, you would pay 50% of the $594.00 remaining balance = $297.00 early termination fee.
We offer a free 30 day trial of OC Mobile to let you fully evaluate it before you make a purchase decision. We encourage you to use the trial period to ensure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a subscription. No refunds will be issued after purchase.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this cancellation policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this cancellation policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms herein.
Use of the Optimum Control software or any of the services provided by TracRite Software Inc. indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
